Delivery Info

Orders will generally be posted out the next working day and shipped by 2nd Class Royal Mail (normally 2-3 working days). Very occasionally, orders might take up to 3 working days to be sent.

For International orders, shipping is by Royal Mail International Standard (no signature required but no online tracking given). This attempts to deliver within 3 to 5 working days to Europe and 5 to 9 working days to the rest of the world (but can take longer).

For United States orders of posters or games, I now expedite these via specialist courier so they can also be delivered in around 2-5 working days, rather than going through slow international post. Please note I can only do this for poster-only orders, or orders combined with the Musical Theatre Card Game, and if you buy another item such as a pin from my shop in the same order I will have to ship these by slower international post.

You also have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at checkout. This service takes the same amount of time, but gives you access to online tracking of the shipment and requires a signature on receipt. Unfortunately, this service is significantly more expensive.

Poster are sent in re-enforced recyclable cardboard tubes, while small items are sent in high quality polythene mailbags for safety and security. These bags are made from recycled materials to help reduce environmental impact. These bags can be recycled again, but you may need to use specific recycling points that accept polythene bags.

Shipping Update

At busy periods, many delivery services and customs officers are having far greater demand than usual and are frequently experiencing delays. Please understand that although any orders should hopefully be with you quickly, there is a risk of delays with most online ordering currently. Please check with local postal services and customs offices for any information on delays they are currently facing.

It is possible that orders, particularly outside of Europe, may take up to between 20-30 working days during severe delays, so it is advised to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Thank you for being patient.

Buying as a Gift?

If you are buying as a gift and want it shipped directly to the recipient - that is absolutely fine. Just use the "ship to a different address" option on checkout and enter their address as the delivery address.

If you want to ensure no receipts or other purchase information is included, make sure to state that this is a gift purchase in the "Order Notes" box on the checkout.
